Before this promotion, he served as Head – Corporate HR & Talent Acquisition and previously held the role of Head – Training, Partnership Distribution & Corporate HR. In those capacities, he led learning and development initiatives for partnership distribution and various other business channels, demonstrating a track record of scaling training programs to meet complex distribution needs.

Sinha’s background extends beyond Bharti AXA, having served as Business Head – B2B Corporate Training at Max Skill First Limited, where he managed enterprise-level learning and organizational change initiatives. He also held leadership positions at Aditya Birla Health Insurance and Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, focusing on partner training strategies and distribution channel capability building. His academic credentials include an MBA in Human Resources from IMI Delhi and completion of the Future CHRO Programme at the Indian School of Business, alongside various professional certifications in financial planning and insurance.
