London-headquartered Hawke Electric Vehicles has announced the expansion of its sales, hire, and mobile servicing operations to provide full nationwide coverage across the United Kingdom. The move extends the company's reach into Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, offering a fleet of over 80 configurable electric vehicles to various commercial sectors. This expansion is significant for the electric vehicle market as it strengthens the infrastructure for specialized utility and passenger transport ahead of the 2026-27 events season.

Hawke Electric Vehicles, a London-based supplier of electric golf buggies and utility vehicles, has scaled its operations to cover every region of the United Kingdom. This expansion allows the company to offer its full range of more than 80 configurable electric models, including two-seat buggies and multi-seat people movers, for both purchase and short-term hire. The company’s service model now includes nationwide delivery and on-site commissioning, ensuring that its fleet can be deployed to any location across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

The expansion is designed to meet diverse demand from sectors such as film and television production, where the low noise levels of electric vehicles are essential for on-set restrictions. Additionally, Hawke is targeting festivals, racecourses, and country estates that require reliable, zero-emission transport for event logistics and year-round operations. James Brown, a spokesperson for Hawke, stated that the company’s operating footprint has now caught up with nationwide demand, allowing for a consistent service level regardless of the customer's geographic location.

Supporting this nationwide rollout is Hawke’s in-house service operation, which manages pre-delivery inspections and mobile repair call-outs. By providing its own engineers for on-site support and commissioning, the company aims to maintain high uptime for its fleet of utility vehicles and people movers. This strategic scaling of maintenance and logistics infrastructure is timed to be fully in place before the start of the 2026-27 events season, catering to golf clubs, resorts, and visitor attractions across the country.
