Merchants Fleet, one of North America's fastest-growing fleet management companies, has adopted Super Dispatch’s API-powered platform to centralize its vehicle transportation operations. Managing more than 224,000 commercial fleet units and $2 billion in assets, Merchants Fleet is using the technology to integrate carrier assignments, shipment visibility, and digital bills of lading into its broader technology ecosystem. Peter Fournier, Assistant Director of Transportation & Fulfillment at Merchants Fleet, noted that the platform's workflow automation has reduced manual steps and provided a stronger operational foundation as the company scales its diverse services, which include leasing, short-term rentals, and final-mile delivery.

The integration serves as a system of record that allows Merchants Fleet teams to assign orders, monitor shipments in transit, and confirm deliveries from a single portal.
