Mike Albert Fleet Solutions has appointed Marty Kuhn as Chief Executive Officer, marking the first time a non-family member has led the company since its founding in 1928. Kuhn, who joined the Cincinnati-based firm as president in 2022, succeeds John Betagole, who will transition to the role of chairman. Since joining as president in 2022, Kuhn has transitioned the company from a volume-first model to a more disciplined, consultative partnership approach. This strategy targets clients with complex fleet needs where the company can provide maximum value through a full breadth of services, including maintenance, fuel, telematics, and upfitting. Under Kuhn’s leadership, the adoption of these non-leasing solutions has nearly tripled, reflecting a market demand for comprehensive fleet management over simple vehicle acquisition.

Recent updates include the implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO) and expanded API integrations to unify data across various client systems.
