International Launches Unified Fleet Management Platform

International Motors has introduced My International, a comprehensive fleet management platform available via desktop and mobile applications. The system aims to streamline operations by integrating real-time vehicle health data, service visibility, and remote management tools into a single interface. This launch is significant for the fleet management sector as it seeks to replace fragmented systems with a unified dashboard that enhances uptime and simplifies dealer-client communications.

International Motors has officially launched My International, a unified digital platform designed to provide fleet operators with a centralized hub for vehicle health and maintenance management. Available as both a desktop portal and a mobile app, the system offers real-time data access and remote truck management tools. According to Fabio Souza, executive vice president of service solutions at International Motors, the platform is intended to transform how fleets interact with the manufacturer by shifting from reactive maintenance to proactive downtime prevention.

The platform's core functionality revolves around the integration of telematics data with dealer service operations. This connectivity allows fleet managers to receive immediate maintenance alerts, identify preferred service locations, and schedule repairs directly through the interface. By consolidating these features, International aims to eliminate the "patchwork" of disconnected portals and systems that many fleets currently use to manage their vehicle lifecycles and maintenance workflows.

Beyond its proprietary features, My International is designed for broad compatibility, offering integration capabilities with third-party telematics providers. This allows fleet managers to aggregate information from various external systems into a single, transparent dashboard to gain better operational leverage through shared data and consistent workflows. To encourage adoption, International announced that a five-year subscription to the My International platform will be included with the purchase of all new International trucks and IC Bus models sold throughout North America.
