She started her career at Novotel Kolkata as a Front Desk Agent before spending six years as a Cabin Manager at IndiGo Airlines and subsequently working as Business Class Cabin Crew for Malaysia Airlines. This extensive experience in premium customer service and safety operations is expected to inform her approach to corporate training and service standards.

Prior to this appointment, Ghosh served as an Assistant Professor at ISHM Kolkata, where she prepared students for the service industry, bridging the gap between academic theory and professional practice. She holds a degree in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Bhubaneswar, and an MBA in Human Resources from Amity University, Noida. Her background in HR and organizational development, combined with her practical experience in the field, positions her to lead significant talent management and learning initiatives for the hotel group.
